When submitting claim for Parts Stock Action, Use the appropriate 99Z as the s/n, the appropriate Service Letter Program Number as the Part number in the Part Causing Failure field, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Description Code.

PROBLEM
3176, 3196, and C-10/C-12 reman cylinder packs may have been packaged with incorrect (C9) liner seals. If the cylinder packs with incorrect liner seals are installed into the engine block, a coolant leak could occur.
ACTION REQUIRED
0R8189, OR8187, OR8777, 0R8778, 10R1501, 10R1502, 10R2138, 10R5480, and 10R6214 Reman Cylinder Packs need to inspected to insure the proper cylinder liner seal is included with the cylinder pack. The following inspection procedure should be followed to determine if the correct seal is provided.
