Connect the steering frame lock.
Personal injury can result working with the tire and rim without precautions.Personal injury can result if the weight shifts and causes movement of the tire and rim.When starting nuts on the studs, do not put your arm between the rim and final drive without first wedging a block of hardwood between the rim and final drive.
Note: This procedure can be used for the rear tires, as well.

Use Tooling (B) to raise the machine. Use Tooling (A) to support the machine.

Support tire and rim (2), as shown. The combined weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Remove nuts (1). Remove tire and rim (2).Installation Procedure
Note: Make sure that the mounting faces of the hubs, nuts (2), and the wheel mounting surfaces are clean and free of foreign material.
Install tire and rim (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nuts (2) to a torque of 300 N.m (221 lb ft).
