The position sensor for the tilt lever is a pulse width modulated sensor (PWM). This diagnostic code is recorded when the implement electronic control module (ECM) determines that the signal for the tilt lever position sensor has an abnormal pulse width, abnormal frequency, or an abnormal period. The signal wire for the position sensor connects to connector contact J2-25 (wire H711-GN(Green)) of the Implement ECM.The output frequency of the position sensor is approximately 500 hertz. The duty cycle of the signal changes as the position sensor moves. The duty cycle varies from 8.5 to 91.5%.Ensure that the diagnostic code of CID 0353 FMI 08 is active before performing this procedure.The possible causes for this diagnostic code are listed:
