Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.
Remove the platform.
Drain the fuel tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual - "Fuel Tank Water and Sediment - Drain" for the correct drain and fill procedure.

Remove four bolts (1) and the washers. Position valve group (2) out of the way.
Remove six bolts (3) and remove exhaust group (4).

Loosen clamp (6) and disconnect hose (5).
Remove two bolts (10). Disconnect hose assembly (9) and position out of the way.
Remove two bolts (8) and position pump group (7) out of the way.

Disconnect straps (12) and position out of the way.
Use two people to remove fuel tank (11) from the machine. The weight of fuel tank (11) is approximately 24 kg (53 lb).Installation Procedure
Install fuel tank (11) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
