A high pressure fuel line must be disconnected. To avoid personal injury or fire from fuel spray, the engine must be stopped before the fuel line is disconnected.
Contact to high pressure fuel can cause personal injury or death. Do not allow high pressure fuel to contact your skin.
Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire. To help prevent possible injury, turn off the start switch and let the engine cool down when changing fuel filters or water separator elements. Clean up fuel spills immediately.
Turn the power disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System - Prime".
If equipped with a sound suppression arrangement, refer to Special Instruction, "Install the 397-3556 Sound Suppression Panel Gp for the Sound Suppression Arrangement" for specific panel locations and the correct removal or installation procedure.

Turn the fuel supply (1) to the OFF position.

Disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (5) .
Disconnect tube assemblies (3) and disconnect hose assemblies (4) .
Remove tube (7) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove filters (6) .

Remove bolts (8) and remove filter bases (9) .Installation Procedure
Install filter bases (9) and filters (6) in the reverse order of removal.
