Engine coolant temperature that is lower than the default temperature of 75 °C (167 °F) for five seconds
The ECM has been powered up for ten minutes.Note: The "Low Coolant Temperature" monitoring will not wait in order for the engine to start running. The "Trip Delay" at start-up begins when the ECM powers up. For EPG engines, low coolant temperature indicates that a water jacket heater may not be functioning.System Response:The event is logged.
