(1) Lift stick (1) into position until the holes in stick (1) and boom (2) are in alignment. (2) Put washers (3) and (4) between the stick and boom. Install pin (5) and fasten the pin with cap (6), bolts and lockwashers. (3) Pull the rod part way out of cylinder (2) and raise stick (1). Use a suitable strap or rope to lift the rod up to stick (1). (4) Lower stick (1) and lift cylinder (2) until the bearing and the holes in brackets (7) are in alignment. (1) Install bracket (1), tubes (2) and (3) and the seals, with bolts and lockwashers. Connect hoses (4) and (5) with seals to tubes (2) and (3); connect the other ends to the existing manifold. (2) Install tubes (6) and (7), the seals and brackets (8) and (9) to the cylinder; connect hoses (10) and (11) to tubes (6) and (7) with seals, bolts and lockwashers. (3) Fasten existing hoses (12), (13) and (14) to stick cylinder (15) with seals, bolts and lockwashers.Master Cylinder Hydraulic Lines
(1) Install manifold (1) to plate (2) with three bolts, nuts and lockwashers. Install tubes (3) and (4), the seals and the two brackets. Connect hose (5) and the seal to tube (4) and connect hose (6) and the seal to tube (3). (2) Install tubes (7) and (8) and the seals; install grease line (9) with two brackets, one strap and one clip. Connect hose (10) and the seals between tube (7) and manifold (1); hose (11) and the seals between tube (8) and manifold (1). (3) Install tubes (12) and (13), hoses (14) and (15) with the seals, bolts and lockwashers to manifold (1). (4) Install brackets (16) to tubes (12) and (13). Install bracket (17) to each side of the stick as shown. Connect hoses (18) and (19) to tubes (12) and (13) with seals and fasten the hoses to brackets (17).Hydraulic Lines (Front Dump Bucket)
(1) Install 9J7752 Valve (1) to manifold (2) with seal, bolts and washers. (2) Install tube (3) to valve (1) with seal, bolts and washers. Install angle (4); connect hose (5) to the existing hose, tube (3) and angle (4). (3) Connect hoses (6) and (7) between valve (1) and plate (8). (4) Connect hoses (9) and (10) between plate (8) and plate (11). (5) Fasten the hoses to the existing tubes with straps (12); install the clip on tube (3).Bucket Cylinders, Lines And Linkage
(1) Install the rod end of cylinder (1) to pin (2). Install cap (3), bolts and lockwashers. Install the other cylinder.
