1. Remove bolts (1), (2) and (4) and push platform assembly (3) toward the rear of the machine. 2. Loosen cap (5) on hydraulic tank slowly to release any air pressure in the hydraulic tank.3. Loosen bolt (6), remove cover (7) from the hydraulic tank. 4. Remove filter element (8) from the hydraulic tank. Make a replacement of the filter element if necessary.5. Do the same procedure for the other hydraulic oil filter.Install Hydraulic Tank Oil Filters
1. Install a new filter element (1) in the hydraulic tank. 2. Install cover (3) on the hydraulic tank. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 56 3 N m (41 2 lb.ft.).3. Tighten cap (2) on the hydraulic oil tank. 4. Push platform assembly (4) to the front of the machine and install the three bolts that hold it.Disassemble Hydraulic Oil Filter Cover
start by:a) remove hydraulic oil filter cover 1. Remove O-ring seal (1) from the cover. 2. Remove ring (2), spacer (3) and springs (4) from the cover. 3. Remove ring (5) from the bolt. Remove bolt (6) and the O-ring seal from the cover.Assemble Hydraulic Oil Filter Cover
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Make a replacement of all parts that are worn or damaged. 2. Install O-ring seal (1), bolt and washer (2) in the cover. 3. Install ring (3) on the bolt. 4. Install the spring assembly (4) and spacer (5) on the cover. The outer edges of the springs must make contact with each other. 5. Install ring (6) on the cover assembly. 6.
