A 1P-7405 Eyebolt 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Put clean oil on the parts and the seals during the assembly.

Install lip seal (6) into cylinder (4). The lip at the seal must be facing the inside of cylinder (4). Use Tooling (A) to install piston (5) into the cylinder.

Put the O-ring seal on plug (2). Install plug (2). Tighten plug (2) to a torque of 320 30 N m (236 22 lb ft).
Install two valves (1). Tighten valves (1) to a torque of 35 7 N m (26 5 lb ft).
Install plate (3) .End By: Install the track adjuster. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Adjuster - Install" for the correct procedure.
