Install O-ring seals (26).

Install seal (25) onto pressure sensor (18).

Ensure that all of the O-ring seals are not cut or otherwise damaged. Install O-ring seal (24), O-ring seal (23), O-ring seal (22), O-ring seal (21), and O-ring seal (20).
Lubricate the O-ring seals with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Verify that the brake manifold is clean and free of debris.
Hold solenoid (19) straight and install solenoid (19) into the bore. Gentle pressure will be needed to seat solenoid (19) in the bore.
Install the retaining bracket and the allen head bolt. Slowly tighten the allen head bolt until solenoid (19) is fully seated. Tighten the allen head bolt to a torque of 12 3 N m (106 275 lb in).
Install pressure sensor (18). Tighten pressure sensor (18) to a torque of 60 6 N m (44 4 lb ft).

Install dowels (17). Install discs (14) and plates (15). Install hub (16).

Apply Tooling (B) onto the mating surfaces. Use two people in order to Install housing (13). The weight of housing (13) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install piston seals (11).

Install piston (10). Install O-ring seal (9).

Install coned disc springs (8) into spring plate (5). Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (7) into spring plate (5).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install spring plate (5). Install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).

Install yoke (3).

Install guard (2). Connect harness assemblies (1).
