Assemble bearing in rocker arm so that the oil holes are aligned
Diameter of new rocker arm shaft is 69.900 0.015 mm (2.7520 0.0006 inch).
Diameter of bore in new bearings for new rocker arm shaft is 70.000 0.015 mm (2.7559 0.0006 inch).
4 - - Valve lash adjustment:
Inlet valve clearance is 0.60 0.08 mm (0.024 0.003 inch).
Exhaust valve clearance is 1.00 0.08 mm (0.039 0.003 inch).
5 2 8L-3441 Nut Torque to 100 15 N m (75 11 lb ft).
6 2 4W-5441 Bridge Guide Dowel Diameter of bridge dowel is 19.055 0.003 mm (0.7502 0.0001 inch).
Diameter of bore in bridge is 19.162 0.030 mm (0.7544 0.0012 inch).
Diameter of bore in cylinder head plug for dowel is 19.017 0.020 mm (0.7487 0.0008 inch).
7 2 6V-5625 Bolt Torque to 430 60 N m (320 44 lb ft).
8 - - Guide springs must not be reused. If the guide springs are removed, always install new guide springs.
9 2 6V-6869 Bolt Torque to 430 60 N m (320 44 lb ft).
10 1 1W-2470 Valve Lifter Group Diameter of a new lifter is 41.910 0.010 mm (1.6500 0.0004 inch).
Bore in the guide for the lifter is 42.000 0.020 mm (1.6535 0.0008 inch).
