Rotate lever (4) outward, as shown. Tighten nut (5) .
Install lever (6) and plate (7) .

Refill the coolant system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
Charge the air conditioner system with air conditioner refrigerant. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure.
