Setting the Warning Distance
You need to be in Service Mode in order to access the avoidance zone setting in the "Setup Menu" dialog.Perform the following steps in order to access the "Avoidance Zone" dialog.
From the "Setup Menu – Configuration" dialog, press the down arrow key or the up arrow key until "Avoidance Zone" is highlighted.
Press the "OK" key. A dialog that is similar to Illustration 1 appears.

Do one of the following.
Press the arrow keys in order to set the warning distance.
Press the "Default <value>" soft key in order to set the default warning distance for the selected machine type.
Press the "OK" key in order to confirm the setting.
Press the "ESC" key in order to exit the "Setup Menu – Configuration" dialog. The changes take effect immediately.
