A Caterpillar ET Training Video and Workbook are now available to assist Caterpillar Dealers with Cat ET training. This training video will help familiarize new users with the ET software based service tool. The video guides the user through each menu function of the Cat ET service tool. The video is available in VHS, PAL, and SECAM formats.
Updated "Answer Sheet" key for Cat ET Training Workbook. The form numbers follow:* NEHS0693 - Cat ET Training Workbook. * NEHS0694 - (VHS Format) Cat ET Training Video with Workbook.* NEHS0706 - (PAL Format) Cat ET Training Video with Workbook.* NEHS0707 - (SECAM Format) Cat ET Training Video with Workbook.
Since the release of the Caterpillar ET Training Video and Workbook, a few errors in the Cat ET Training Workbook have been identified. The locations of the errors and the changes follow:
* On Page 3, Section 1, Question 6, Answer "A. Press F8" is not referred to in the Cat ET Training Video but is one of the correct answers.* On Page 3, Section 1, Question 9 should include choice "E. None of the Above."* On Page 9, Section 3, Question 7, answer "D." should read "Specified ECM."Please disregard the "Answer Sheet" key found on the last page of the Cat ET Training Workbook. The updated "Answer Sheet" key follows and should be used when correcting the Cat ET Training Workbook answers.
