2. Remove the bolts and ladder (1) from the machine. 3. Remove the bolts, the door assembly and plate assembly (2) from the machine. 4. Remove the bolts and disconnect fuel filter base (3) from the fuel tank. 5. Remove the bolts and disconnect fuel priming pump (5).6. Disconnect fuel lines (4) from the fuel tank. 7. Remove bolts (7) that hold fuel tank to the machine. Move fuel tank (6) from its position until a 3/4"-10 NC forged eyebolt can be installed on the top of the tank. Fasten a hoist on the fuel tank and remove the tank from the machine. The weight of the fuel tank is 43 kg (95 lb.).Install Fuel Tank
1. Fasten a 3/4"-10 NC forged eyebolt (2) and a hoist on fuel tank (1). Put the fuel tank on the machine as shown.2. Remove the eyebolt and move fuel tank (1) into position in the machine. Install the bolts that hold it. 3. Connect fuel priming pump (4) to the machine.4. Connect fuel lines (3) to the fuel tank. 5. Connect fuel filter base (5) to the fuel tank. 6. Install the door assembly and plate assembly (6) on the machine. 7. Install ladder (7) on the machine.8. Fill the fuel tank.
