Loosen the track. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Track - Adjust" in order to tighten the track.

Use Tooling (C) to raise the rear of the machine. Raise the machine so the roller frame will clear the track. Install Tooling (B) .

Use Tooling (A) to raise the front of the machine.

If necessary, remove bolts (1), bolts (2), and the spacers in order to disconnect track guard (3). Repeat this step for the remaining track guard.

Use Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device in order to support track roller (4). The weight of a single flange roller is approximately 65 kg (143 lb). The weight of a double flange roller is approximately 70 kg (154 lb).
Remove bolts (5) from both side of the track roller. Remove track roller (4) .Note: Refer to Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide for the correct procedure to disassemble the track roller and for the correct procedure to assemble the track roller.Installation Procedure
Install track roller (4) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Tighten the abutment side first.
Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (2) and bolts (1) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).
