Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the front and middle bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove".
Drain the engine oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. The capacity of the engine oil pan is approximately 26 L (7 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".

Disconnect harness assembly (1).

Remove bolts (2). Remove engine oil pan (3). Installation Procedure

Install engine oil pan (3). Install bolts (2).

Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).

Connect harness assembly (1).
Start at Position (Z) and tighten the remaining bolts in a counterclockwise direction. Tighten the remaining bolts to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).
Start at Position (Z) and tighten bolts again in a counterclockwise direction. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).
Fill the engine oil. The capacity of the engine oil pan is approximately 26 L (7 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change". End By:
Install the front and middle bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove".
