Use a press to install shaft (12) in bracket assembly (13). Install shaft (12) to Dimension (X). Dimension (X) equals 59.1 0.5 mm (2.33 0.02 inch).Note: Dimension (X) is taken from the shoulder of shaft (12) and from the bottom face of bracket assembly (13) .

Install spacer (11) on shaft (12) .

Install bearing race (8), roller bearing (9), and lip seal (10) in fan drive assembly (4) .
Install bearing race (6), spacer (7), and bearing (5) in fan drive assembly (4) .

Install plate (3) and bolt (2) in fan drive assembly (4). Tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 115 15 N m (85 11 lb ft). Install cap (1) on fan drive assembly (4) .End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove".
