4. Remove bolts (2) to remove plate assembly (1) from the radiator guard. The weight of the plate assembly is 42 Kg. (93 lbs.). 5. Remove brackets (4). Steps 6 and 7 are for power shift machines with a torque converter oil cooler.6. Disconnect hoses (3) at the top of the torque converter oil cooler. 7. Remove coupling (5) from the torque converter oil cooler. 8. Remove elbow (6) from the bottom of the radiator. 9. Remove bolts (10) to remove cover (8) from the radiator guard.10. Remove bolts (9) to disconnect the outlet elbow from the radiator.11. Remove bolts (7) that hold the radiator to the radiator guard. 12. Remove all bolts (11) that hold the shield assembly to the radiator.13. Install two 1/2'-13 NC forged eyebolts or two 5P9736 Link Brackets on the radiator. 14. Fasten a hoist to radiator (12) and remove it from the machine. The weight of the radiator is 135 Kg (300 lbs.). Steps 15 through 17 are for the power shift machines with a torque converter oil cooler. 15. Remove bolt (13) from the clamp. 16. Remove bolts (14) from the bracket.17. Remove torque converter oil cooler (15) from the radiator. The weight of the torque converter oil cooler is 28 Kg (61 lbs.).Install Radiator
Steps 1 through 3 are for power shift machines with a torque converter oil cooler. 1. Put torque converter oil cooler (1) in position on the radiator.2. Install the bolts that hold the torque converter oil cooler to the top of the radiator.3. Install the bolt in the lower clamp to the torque converter oil cooler to the bottom of the radiator.4. Install two 1/2'-13 NC forged eyebolts or use two 5P9736 Link Brackets to fasten a hoist to the radiator. 5. Install radiator (2) in the radiator guard.6. Install all bolts (5) that hold the shield assembly to the radiator. 7. Install bolts (3) that hold the radiator to the top of the radiator guard.8. Install bolts (4) to connect the outlet elbow to the radiator.9. Put cover (6) in position and install bolts (7) to hold it to the radiator. 10. Install elbow (8) on the bottom of the radiator. Steps 11 and 12 are for power shift machines with a torque converter oil cooler. 11. Install coupling (10) on the torque converter oil cooler.12. Connect hose (9) at the top of the torque converter oil cooler.13. Install the brackets that hold radiator in position in the radiator guard.14. Install the plate assembly on the front of the radiator guard.15. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See the MAINTENANCE MANUAL.16. Install the crankcase guards.17. Install hood, muffler and precleaner assembly.
