Information:

1. Remove the floor plate.2. Remove the rear bottom guard. The weight of the rear bottom guard is 70 kg (155 lb).3. Drain the oil from the transmission and bevel gear case. There will be a loss of oil when the hoses are disconnected from the oil pump.4. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2) from oil pump (3). 5. Disconnect hose assembly (5) and flange (4) from the oil pump. 6. Fasten a hoist and tooling (A) to oil pump (3). Remove two bolts (6). Remove the oil pump from the machine. The weight of the oil pump is 25 kg (55 lb). The following steps are for installation of the power train oil pump.7. Make sure the O-ring seal is in position on the front of oil pump (3).8. Put the oil pump in position on the torque converter housing, and install two bolts (6).9. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position in hose assemblies (1), (2) and (5) and flange (4). Connect the hose assemblies and flange to the oil pump.10. Fill the transmission and bevel gear with oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.11. Install the rear bottom guard.12. Install the floor plate.Disassemble Power Train Oil Pump
Start By:a. remove power train oil pump 1. Remove O-ring seal (2) and adapter (1) from the oil pump. 2. Remove two bolts (4) and plate (3). 3. Remove O-ring seal (5) from plate (3). 4. Remove five bolts (6) and cover assembly (7) from the oil pump. 5. Remove O-ring seal (8) from cover assembly (7).6. If necessary, remove bearings (9) from the cover assembly. 7. Remove body assembly (10). If necessary, remove two dowels (11) from the body assembly. 8. Remove O-ring seal (12) from body assembly (15).9. Remove body assembly (15) and gear assemblies (13) and (14) as an assembly. 10. Remove gears (16) from gear assemblies (13) and (14). 11. Remove key (18) from gear assembly (14).12. Remove gear assemblies (13) and (14) from the body assembly.13. If necessary, remove dowels (17) from the body assembly. 14. If necessary, remove bearings (19) from body assembly (15). 15. Remove O-ring seal (21) from manifold assembly (22).16. If necessary, remove bearings (20) from the manifold assembly.Assemble Power Train Oil Pump
1. If bearings (2) were removed, install the bearings in manifold assembly with tool (A). Install the bearings with the joint 30° 15° toward port (1) from the center line of the two bearings. Install the bearings
