Rotate the 148-8369 Elbow As out of the hydraulic coupler valve so it is approximately 60° as shown in Illustrations 3 and 4.

The front platform harness may be routed in a way that it could interfere with the supply hose. Add a tie strap to hold them together as shown in Illustration 5.

Ensure clearance between coupler supply hose and bare wires of water valve as shown in Illustration 6. The tie strap may need to be removed and replaced in a way that keeps the wires away from the hose.

Rotating the 148-8369 Elbow As downward in Step 3 causes the coupler hose to contact the ride control accumulator as shown in Illustration 7. Loosen the coupler hose fitting and turn the hose until the natural bend of the hose clears the accumulator.

The coupler hoses along the lift arm can interfere with bolts on the frame when routed behind the tilt lines and close to the frame.

Loosen the p-clip bolt, rotate clip downward, and adjust slack in the hoses to clear the bolt as shown in Illustration 10.

Coupler lines can be rerouted to the other side of the tilt lines as shown in Illustration 11 if at least 0.5 inch of clearance cannot be achieved with rotating the p-clip in Step 8.

The coupler hoses that run through the tower can be incorrectly routed on the outside of the tilt hoses and damaged by a worm driven clamp on the lift cylinder.

Reroute hoses under the tilt lines in this area as shown in Illustration 13. Rotate the worm clamp downward for extra clearance between the clamp and the hose. Replace hoses if there is any damage caused by the clamp.
Reinstall LH frame side sheet after inspection and rework is completed. Tighten the fasteners to 55 Nm (41 lb ft).
