This Program must be administered assoon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10252" as the Partnumber and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim DescriptionCode and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair isdone after failure, use "PI10252" as the Part Number, "7751" as the GroupNumber, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMSDescription Code.PROBLEM
The wiring harness for the differential steeringcontrol needs to be reworked on certain D6N Track Type Tractors. The wiringharness for the differential steering control is too short. This may resultin some of the wires becoming detached during the operation of the differentialsteering control and cause the machine to come to a sudden halt. The harnessneeds to be lengthened to ensure adequate length of wire is available duringthe entire range of motion of the control.
