3. Release tension on vee belts and remove the belts from fan drive (4). Position nylon strap and connect to a hoist. Carefully remove four bolts (5) spacer, fan and fan drive assembly. Weight of fan drive assembly is 330 kg (150 lbs.). 4. Remove six bolts (6) and separate fan from fan drive. Weight of fan drive is 99 kg (45 lbs.). The following steps are for installation.5. Position fan drive to fan blade and install six bolts (5).6. Fasten a hoist to the fan and fan drive assembly. Position spacer and fan drive (4) and install four bolts (5). Install vee belts and adjust belt tension. See the topic for Belt Adjustment in Specifications module.7.
