4. Remove the bolts and the fan. Retain the bolts and fan for later reuse. Refer to Image1.3.1 and 1.3.2.
5. Remove the fan pulley and belt.

6. Two 393-9229 Insulations need to be installed to the each of the locations in order to help maintain the same sound level when the pulley ratio is changed.
Install the 393-9119 Insulation under the shroud assembly. Refer to Image1.4.1 and 1.4.2 for the location.

7. Install a new 383-0480 Belt and new 383-0383 Pulley.
8. Install the fan that was previously removed.
9. Install the bolts that were previously removed. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 10.5 +/- 0.7 N.m.
10. Adjust the fan belt. Refer to SEBU9410, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
11. Reinstall the removed fan guard with the removed bolts and washers.
12. Remove bolts and washers from the bottom guard. Remove the bottom guard. Refer to Image1.6.1.

13. Access the rear frame. Clean the location on the frame where the new insulation will be installed.
14. Install a new 393-9119 Insulation to the frame. Refer to Image1.7.1 and 1.7.2 for the location.

1. Install a machine ECM software 510-7654 with CAT ET.
