1. Remove cover (1) from the top of the compartment.2. Disconnect linkage (4) from the stems in the control valve.3. Remove pin (3) from the end of the hydraulic cylinder.4. Remove four bolts (2), through the opening where cover (1) was removed, and remove the lift kickout.Install Lift Kickout
1. Install the lift kickout with bolts (2).2. Connect linkage (4) to the control valve stems.3. Install pin (3) through the end of the hydraulic cylinder and the plate assembly. Install the cotter pin.4. Install cover (1).Disassemble Lift Kickout
start by:a) remove lift kickoutb) remove hand levers 1. Remove hollow-head setscrews (4) from the blocks.2. Remove shaft (3) for the separation of plate assembly (2) and levers (1). A press must be used to either remove or install the bearings in the blocks and levers.Assemble Lift Kickout
1. Put shaft (3) through plate assembly (2) the blocks and levers (1).2. Install setscrews (4) and tighten them to keep shaft (3) in the correct location.end by:a) install hand leversb) install lift kickout
