INSPECT AND REPAIR AS NEEDED ROPS CANOPIES ON D3B TRACTORS AND 931B LOADERS, 7323, PI1038 7323, PI1038 U-35 A-18 C-27 E-25 O-25 safety Problem The canopy ROPS (5G673 Rollover Group) is installed on the listed D3B Tractors and 931B Loaders. Some of these canopy ROPS have some improperly fused weld joints where the eight gusset assemblies are welded between the legs and canopy. See Illustration. This could weaken the structural integrity of the canopy in event of a rollover. There is also a possibility of some improper welds between the legs and the cross tubes at the front and rear welds.
