Attach. (1-Rework Procedure)Rework Procedure for Track Roller Frame Crack
Remove the side plates on both sides of the trackroller frame. This will provide access to the inside of the frame box section.Add reinforcement plates to both sides of each roller frame. (Directlyabove or below the cracked area) See Illustration 1.
Illustration 12. Straighten and weld the cracked framerail. Make sure to get a good weld into the current material. (Minimum1.5 mm penetration) Grid the welds smooth in the areas that may interferewith other parts.3. Install the reinforcement plate into therail cavity. See Illustration 2.
Each Track Roller Frame has an insideand outside rail. Illustration 24. Weld the plate into the rail with a 19-mm"V" groove weld.5. Install Bolts and Washers (as required)in all tapped holes along bottom of track roller frame. See Illustration3.
