Remove all 126-9229 Tube Assemblies from dealer Parts Stock.
Affected Product
If the 126-9229 Tube fails, replace it with a new tube of the same part number.
If one 126-9228 Tube fails, replace both of the 126-9228 Tubes and the 126-9229 Tube with new tubes of the same part number.
