PUMP GP-GR B 10R9128 - Caterpillar

1. Remove six bolts.2. Install two 3/8"-16 NC forcing screws and remove cage assembly (1). 3. Remove two O-ring seals (2) from the cage assembly (1). 4. Use a press and tooling (A) to remove coupling (3). 5. Use a press and tooling (B) to remove bearing (4) from coupling (3). 6. Remove seal (5) from cage.Assemble Input Clutch Cage Assembly
1. Use tooling (B) to install seal (1) to bottom of counterbore. Put clean SAE 30 oil on seal. The lip of seal must be toward the inside when installed. 2. Heat bearing (2). Install the bearing on the coupling (3). 3. Use a press and tooling (B) to install coupling and bearing (2) into cover. 4. Install the O-ring seals (4) on the cage assembly (5). Put clean SAE 30 oil on the O-ring seals. 5. Install the cage assembly (5) using two 3/8"-16 NC x 4" guide pins. Install the bolts.
