Attach suitable lifting device to muffler (2) the approximate weight of muffler (2) is 160 kg (353 lb). Remove bolts (1) and bolts (3). Remove muffler (3). Repeat for other side.
Remove tubes (4) and (5). Repeat for other side.

Remove heat shield (9) and the band clamp (not shown). Remove bolts (6) and disconnect band clamps (8). Remove exhaust tube (7). Repeat for other side.

Attach suitable lifting device to converter (10). The weight of converter (10) is approximately 115 kg (254 lb). Remove bolts (11) and converter (10). Repeat for other side.

Disconnect tube assembly (31).Use a suitable lifting device to remove turbocharger (29). The weight of turbocharger (29) is approximately 46 kg (101 lb). Remove bolts (30) and remove turbocharger (29).Installation Procedure
Install turbocharger (29) in the reverse order of removal.
Lubricate the threads of band clamps (22) with clean engine oil. Tighten band clamps (22) to a torque of 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of band clamps (20). Tighten band clamps (20) to a torque of 20 1 N m (177 9 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of band clamps (19). Tighten band clamps (19) to a torque of 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (6).
