(5) Hydraulic oil level moduleWith the key start switch on the ON position, 24 V power is supplied from the batteries to hydraulic oil level module (5). Hydraulic oil level module (5) monitors the condition of hydraulic oil level sensor (3). Hydraulic oil level module (5) is located on the right side of the radiator shroud.Hydraulic oil level sensor (3) is located on the back side of hydraulic oil tank (4). Hydraulic oil level sensor (3) sends a signal to hydraulic oil level module (5) if the oil level falls below specification. Hydraulic oil level module (5) will begin timing the condition. When, a low oil condition exists for 30 seconds, hydraulic oil level module (5) will supply 24 V power to hydraulic oil level indicator (2). Low hydraulic oil level indicator (2) is located on indicator lamp panel (1). The audible alarm will also be triggered. Hydraulic oil level module (5) will also begin timing the condition if hydraulic oil level sensor (3) returns a condition or error of:
short to battery
short to ground
or returns an open circuitIf one of theses conditions exists for 30 seconds, hydraulic oil level module (5) will supply 24 V power to hydraulic oil level indicator (2) on indicator lamp panel (1). The audible alarm will also be triggered.
