Install cab air filter element (12) into the side opening of cab blower (20). Install cover assembly (33) over cab air filter element (12). Insert the tabs on the cover into the slots in cab blower (20). Slide cover assembly (33) down to engage the cover with the plate.
Rotate the latch clockwise to hold cover assembly (33) closed.Lower the lift arms. Refer to Operation and Maintenance., SEBU9084

Install cab air filter element (11) into the opening in cab liner group (N). Place louver cover (27) over the filter. Secure louver cover (27) with two of knob assemblies (25).Note: Tighten the knobs down until the knobs contact the cover and then tighten one more turn.

Install one seal (10) onto the bottom of duct assembly (28). Install three of louver assemblies (6) into the openings in duct assembly (28).

Install bracket assembly (35) onto duct assembly (28). Secure the bracket with two screws (90).Note: Position bracket assembly (35) so the nut is away from duct assembly (28).Repeat steps for the other side of the machine.Note: If the 345-6290 Cab Window Gp was removed previously, reinstall the window at this time. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS8707, "Installation of the 388-8275 Cab Window Kit".

Install duct assembly (28) down, onto the exposed lip of cab heater group for the left-hand side of the machine.Next, insert bracket assembly (35) behind plate (AV). Secure duct assembly (28) to the plate with one screw (80).Repeat this step for duct assembly (28) on the right-hand side of the machine.Note: If the 345-6290 Cab Window Gp was removed previously, reinstall the window at this time. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS8707, "Installation of the 388-8275 Cab Window Kit".
Refill Cooling SystemOperation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU9084, "Coolant Recommendations", Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU9084, "Cooling System Level - Check" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU9084, "Cooling System Specifications" for your machine.
Start the engine. Ensure that temperature control is set to full heat and run the engine without the radiator cap until the thermostat opens and the coolant level stabilizes. Maintain the coolant level in the sight glass.
Install the radiator cap. Stop the engine.
Connect the A/C charging equipment to the machine. The two A/C service fittings are located behind cab heater group (59).
Evacuate A/C system and check for leaks. Once verified that there are no leaks, charge the A/C system. Charge the system with 0.82 kg (1.8 lb) R134a refrigerant.Verify A/C and heating
