Refer to M0094601, Special Instruction, "Installation Procedure of Radiator Hose Support on Certain 320 GC, 320 and 323 Excavators", to complete this Rework Procedure. Retighten the clamp to a specified torque of 13 +/-0.5 N.m. Add a new P-clip to the radiator hose, located on the engine side.
Verify that final width of Belleville washers are less than 16.0 mm (0.63 inch) as shown in attached Image1.
