New geometry of 417-8538 Track Shoe Later model D6K tractors and all D6K2 tractors have two undercarriage options. these undercarriage options are SystemOne undercarriage and Heavy Duty undercarriage. The new 417-8538 Track Shoe only applies to machines with SystemOne undercarriage. The former 241-7870 Track Shoe is canceled and replaced by the new 417-8538 Track Shoe. The new self cleaning shoe will retrofit onto any D6K SystemOne track. Also, the new shoe can be intermixed among shoes on a track with the former self cleaning shoe. This will not affect undercarriage function. Table 1 shows the new and former shoe part numbers.
