Certain 0R3764, 0R3765, and 0R3737 RemanufacturedWater Pumps may have a processing defect that will result in a very shortservice life. These pumps should not be installed.ACTION REQUIRED
Remove all 0R3764, 0R3765, and 0R3737 RemanufacturedWater Pumps from dealer parts stock that have a packaging date code priorto July 29th, 2002. Pumps with a packaging date code of July 29, 2002 andlater are not suspect and do not need to be returned. The packaging date code is locatedon the tamper resistant part number label on the box. The date code isformatted as DDMMYYXX where DD is the day, MM is the month, YY is the year,and XX is the facility. For example, a box marked with a date code of 300501HLwould indicate a part remanufactured on May 30, 2001 at facility HL.SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES

PLEASE IGNORE THE NORMAL 15 DAY HOLDINGPERIOD REQUIREMENT. All parts returned must be accompanied by a Core CreditRequest (CCR) form and should be marked "warranty".
