Install O-ring seals (36). Install valve spools (37) and (38) in valve section (23). Repeat this step for the opposite side of valve section (23). Note: The valve spools should be installed in the same holes from which the valve spools were removed during the disassembly procedure.

Install O-ring seals (34) and backup ring (35) on plug (30).

Install O-ring seal (33) on sensor (29).

Install cover (32) and bolts (31). Tighten bolts (31) to the following torque 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
Install plug (30) in valve section (23). Tighten plug (30) to the following torque 95 14 N m (70 10 lb ft).
Install sensor (29) in valve section (23). Tighten sensor (29) to the following torque 62 6 N m (46 4 lb ft). Repeat for the opposite side of valve section (23).

Install two solenoid valves (28) and four bolts (27) in block (25). Tighten bolts (27) to the following torque 26 2 N m (230 18 lb in).

Install block (25) and four bolts (24) on valve section (23). Install O-ring seals (26).
Repeat Step 65 and Step 66 in order to assemble the opposite side of valve section (23).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to valve section (23). The weight of valve section (23) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Install valve section (23).

Install O-ring seals (21) and (22) on cartridge assembly (8).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Note: Steps 70 through Steps 72 are for cleaning and resealing purposes only.
Install backup rings (11), (12), and (16).
Install O-ring seals (10), (13), (14), (15), (17), and (18).
Install sections (19) and (20). Install section (19) to the following torque 95 10 N m (70 7 lb ft). Tighten section (20) to the following torque 61 6 N m (45 4 lb ft).

Install relief valve (9) in end plate (5). Tighten relief valve (9) to the following torque 95 10 N m (70 7 lb ft).
Install cartridge assembly (8), coil assembly (7), and nut (6). Tighten cartridge assembly (8) to the following torque 50 5 N m (37 4lb ft). Tighten nut (6) to the following torque 9 0.5 N m (80 4 lb in).

Install end plate (5). Install bolts (3) and bolts (4).

Install and connect electronic control modules and harness assembly (1) on main control valve (2). End By:
