Assemble the gauge with fittings from 4C-4892 ORFS Fittings Group .

Pump Compartment (1) Auxiliary system test port (2) Valve group for right grade control and hopper hoist
Attach the gauge to the auxiliary system test port (1) on the valve group (2) .
Start the engine and run the engine.
Make sure that the parking brake is engaged. Raise the engine RPM to high idle.
Observe the pressure gauge reading. The pressure reading should be 14500 350 kPa (2100 50 psi). If the pressure is correct, proceed to Step 11.
If the pressure reading is not correct, adjustment of the pressure compensator is necessary. Stop the engine.

Auxiliary Pump (3) Pressure compensator
Insert a flat head screwdriver in pressure compensator (3). Note: The adjustment screw is located on the engine side of the pump.
Turn the adjustment screw with the flat head screwdriver. Turning the screw clockwise will increase the pressure and turning the screw counterclockwise will decrease the pressure. Turning the screw by 180° will adjust the pressure by approximately 2000 kPa (300 psi).
Adjust the pressure in small increments.
Repeat Step 3 through Step 5 in order to check the pressure. If the pressure compensator requires more adjustment, repeat Step 6 through Step 9.
Stop the engine. Remove the test equipment from valve group (2) .
