(W1) 8 mm (0.31 inch) fillet weld
(A) 10 mm (0.4 inch)
(B) 17 mm (0.6 inch)
Weld block (1) to existing autolube guard per dimensions in Illustration 2.

Install guard (2) and secure it using two hard washers (3) and two bolts (4).

Assemble a plate (6) to the guard and tack into place on the LH side of the tilt lever, keeping the guard (2) parallel to the front of the lever. When secure, remove guard and weld a 5 mm (0.2 inch) fillet all around the plate (6).

Reattach guard and tighten two bolts (4) and two bolts (5) to standard torque.
