Install the O-ring seals on the face of the transmission. Put clean oil on the O-ring seals.

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to bevel and transfer gears (19). The weight of bevel and transfer gears (19) is approximately 946 Kg (2085 lb).
Install Tooling (D). Use Tooling (D) to guide bevel and transfer gears (19) onto the transmission. Install bolts (20) and bolts (21) .

Install O-ring seals (17) and (18) on the bevel gear housing. Put clean oil on the O-ring seals.

Fasten a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to the transmission. The weight of the transmission and bevel gears is approximately 1968 Kg (4335 lb).
Connect bevel gear case (15) to the main frame. Install bolts (16) .
Remove Tooling (B) .

Connect hose assemblies (13) .

Position harness assemblies (10) and (12) in the proper location. Install new cable straps (11) .

Connect harness assembly (9) .

Position the screen and the O-ring seal in elbow (8). Put elbow (8) in position on the bottom of the transmission. Install bolts (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to transmission guard (6). The weight of transmission guard (6) is approximately 397 kg (875 lb). Position transmission guard (6). Install bolts (5) .

Connect hose assemblies (4) .

Position lamp assembly (1) and install bolts (3) .
Connect harness assembly (2) (not shown).
Fill the transmission and the bevel gear housing with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".End By:
Install the ripper shank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper Shank - Remove and Install".
Install the axles. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Axle - Remove and Install".
