Removal Procedure
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, all hoses and all tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Open engine hood (1) .

Disconnect hose (2). Remove tube (3) and rubber boot (4) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (5) and (8). Remove nuts (6) and turbocharger (7) .Installation Procedure

Install turbocharger (7). Apply Tooling (A) to nuts (6). Install nuts (6). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft). Connect tube assemblies (5) and (8).

Connect hose (2). Install tube (3) and rubber boot (4) .

Close engine hood (1) .
