Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the engine, as shown.
Install the engine. The weight of the engine is approximately 1815 kg (4001 lb).

Install bolts (34) that hold the engine to the torque converter.

Install bolts (33) .
Remove Tooling (A) .
Install harness assembly (32) and clips (31) .

Connect tube assembly (29) and install clip (30) .

Install tube assembly (27) and clip (28) .

Install tube (26). Tighten hose clamps (25) to both ends of tube (26).
Connect hose assembly (24) .
Connect hose assemblies (23). Install any clips that hold hose assemblies (23) to the engine.
Install plate assembly (22) .
Tighten hose clamps (20) and (21) to tubes (18) and (19) .
Install tube (16). Tighten hose clamps (15) at both ends of tube (16). Install U-bolt (17).
Install tube (14). Tighten hose clamps (13) at both ends of tube (14).

Install tube (5) and tighten clamps (4) .
Connect hose assemblies (8), (9), (10), and (11). Install any clips that hold hose assemblies (8), (9), (10), and (11) to the engine.
Connect hose assemblies (6) and (7) .
Connect harness assemblies and cable assemblies to electrical starting motor (12). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Electric Starting Motor - Remove and Install".

Connect harness assemblies (1) and (2). Install clips (3) that hold wiring harnesses (1) and (2) in position.

Install side panels (1A) on both sides of the machine.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
Install the engine compartment shield. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Compartment Shield - Install".
Install the hood and engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood and Engine Enclosure - Install".
