Open the right enclosure door.
Remove spring (4) and bolt (1) with the nut at the firewall.
Disconnect spring (3) from the bracket. Remove bolt (2) from the governor control linkage.

Remove three bolts (5). Remove the governor and the brake control from the tractor.

Loosen bolt (9). Remove governor control lever (6) and the key from the brake control.
Remove four bolts (8) and cover (7) .

Remove the following items from the cover: two gaskets (10), plate (11), plate (12), three springs (14), two rollers (13), shaft (15), disc spring (16) and washer (17) .

Remove housing (18) from cover (7) .
Remove the seal and remove the bearing from housing (18) .

Remove cotter pin (19). Remove the washer and the pin.
Put location marks on the governor pedal and the shaft. Loosen bolt (20). Remove cotter pin (21). Remove the two washers, the shaft, and governor pedal (22) .

Put location marks on the brake pedal and the shaft. Loosen bolt (24), and remove brake pedal (25) and the washer.
Remove the four screws and cover (23) .

Remove cotter pin (28). Remove the following components from lever (31) : the washer, the pin and bar (27) .
Remove two bolts (30), shaft (29), and two levers (31) .
Remove the four screws and cover (26) .

Remove bolts (33) from the lever. Remove plug (35) from the housing.
Remove shaft (32) and remove the lever with the washer (34) .

Remove lip seals (37) and (39). Remove bearings (38) and (40) from the housing.
Remove two lip seals (42). Remove bearing (41) from the housing.
Remove lip seal (43) from the housing.
