(11) Case Drain Filter Hydraulic oil tank (2) is located on the rear of the right fender of the machine. The tank is just in front of the fuel tank and the ROPS support assembly.Hydraulic oil tank (2) is sealed in order to prevent contamination to the hydraulic oil. Suction port (7) supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil pumps through the main suction manifold.Oil flows from the hydraulic components into hydraulic oil tank (2) through the following three ports:
Implement return port (5)
Charge oil and case drain return port (6)
Pilot drain for implement control valves (8)Implement return port (5) collects implement return oil that drains from the implement control valves. Oil from implement return port (5) flows into hydraulic oil tank (2) through screen (1). Screen (1) helps to catch debris that is in the hydraulic oil.Charge oil and case drain return port (6) collects return oil from the following sources:
Case drain from the implement pump
Case drain from the fan pump
Case drain from the fan motor
Case drain from the steering pump
Case drain from the steering motor
Quick drop solenoid valve drain
Dual tilt valve drain (if equipped)
Winch motor case drain (if equipped)The return oil from port (6) flows into hydraulic oil tank (2) through case drain filter (11).Pilot return oil from the implement control valves and the winch pilot manifold flows into hydraulic oil tank (2) through the pilot drain port (8).
