PUMP GP-WATER 1N4558 - Caterpillar

Remove tube assembly (A), O-ring seal (B), tube assembly (D), O-ring seal (E), bracket (G), bulkhead nut (H), elbow (J), O-ring seal (K), locknut (L), spacer (P), bolt (R), O-ring seal (S) and discard the parts as shown in Illustration 1.
Remove half flange (C), half flange (F), hard washers (M), bolt (N) and retain the parts as shown in Illustration 1.Removal Procedure (For S/N:TWX646-795 & ; S/N:LWX612-663)
Use the following procedure to change the tube assembly for the machines listed above.

Remove O-ring seal (B), tube assembly (D), O-ring seal (E), spacer (P), bolt (R), O-ring seal (S), tube assembly (T), bracket assembly (U), bolt (V), clip (X), clip (Y), grommet (Z), clip (AA), hard washer (AB), and discard the parts as shown in Illustration 2.
Remove half flange (C), half flange (F), hard washer (M), bolt (N) and save the parts as shown in Illustration 2.Removal Procedure (For TWX796-Up & LWX664-Up)
Use the following procedure to change the tube assembly for the machines listed above.
