Start By:a. remove tilt cylindersb. remove angling cylinderc. remove angling blade group 1. Remove guards (1), (2), (3) and (4) from the C-frame. 2. Remove two bolts (5) and clamp (6) on each side of the machine that hold the oil lines to the C-frame. 3. Pull oil lines (8) out of the C-frame. Disconnect oil lines (7). 4. Remove the bolts that hold clamps (9), (10) and (12) to the C-frame. Remove oil lines (11) from the C-frame. 5. Remove engine side panels (13) from the machine. Remove bolts (16) and retainers (15) that hold pins (14) for the rod end of the lift cylinders in the C-frame.6. Fasten a hoist to the lift cylinders. If necessary, use tool (A) and remove pin (14).7. Put a block of wood between the track and the frame and lower the lift cylinders on to the block of wood. 8. Fasten a hoist to the C-frame. Remove bolts (17) and retainers (18) that hold the C-frame to the frame.9. Remove pins (19). 10. Remove C-frame (20) from the machine. The weight is 390 kg (855 lb). The following steps are for installation of the C-frame.11. Fasten a hoist to the C-frame. Put C-frame (20) in position in the frame of the machine. 12. Install pins (19) that hold the C-frame to the frame. Install retainers (18) that hold the pins in place. Install bolts (17). 13. Fasten a hoist and put the rod end of lift cylinder in position in the C-frame. Install pins (14) that hold the rod end of the lift cylinders to the C-frame. Install retainers (15) and bolts (16) that hold pin (14) for the rod end of the lift cylinders in the C-frame.14. Install engine side panels (13) on each side of the machine. 15. Install oil lines (8). Connect oil lines (7). 16. Install clamps (6) and bolts (5) that hold the oil lines in place. 17. Put oil lines (11) in position on the C-frame. Install clamps (9), (10), and (12) that hold oil lines (11) in place on the C-frame. 18.
