START BY:a) remove winch hydraulic pump Put identification marks on pump parts for assembly purposes. 1. Remove bolts (1) and end plate (2). 2. Remove seals (3) from the end plate. 3. Push on shaft to free bearings (4) from the body (5) and remove bearings. 4. Remove two gears (6) from the body. 5. Remove body (5) from the flange plate (7). 6. Remove bearings (8) from the body. 7. Remove seals (9), (10) and (11) from the flange plate. 8. Use tool (A) to remove snap ring (12). Remove the lip type seal (13).Assemble Winch Hydraulic Pump
1. Inspect all seals and parts for wear or damage. Make a replacement if necessary. Put a small amount of clean hydraulic oil on all seals and parts. 2. Put lip type seal in position with lip down. Install seal (2) with tool group (A).3. Install snap ring (1) with tool (B). 4. Put seals (3), (4) and (5) in position on the flange plate. 5. Put bearings (6) in position in body (7) as shown. 6. Install body (7) on the flange plate (8). 7. Install two gears (9) into the body. 8. Put bearings (10) in position in body (7). 9. Install three seals (11), (12) and (13) in the end plate. 10. Install the end plate (14) on to the body. 11. Install the bolts (15) that hold the end plate in position and torque to 41 3 N m (30 2 lb.ft.).END BY:a) install winch hydraulic pump
