START BY:a) remove implement hydraulic pump Put identification marks on pump parts for assembly purposes. 1. Remove bolts (1) and remove plate (2). 2. Remove seals (3), (4) and (5) from plate. 3. Remove snap ring (6) with tool (A). Remove the lip type seal (7) and the coupling (8). 4. Push on shaft to free bearings (9) from the body (10) and remove the bearings. 5. Remove two gears (11) from the body (12). 6. Remove the body (12) from the plate (13). 7. Remove two bearings (14) from the body. 8. Remove seals (15), (16) and (17) from the plate (18). 9. Remove snap ring (19) with tool (A) and remove upper seal (20), ring and lower seal.Assemble Implement Hydraulic Pump
1. Inspect all seals for wear or damage. Make a replacement if necessary. Put a small amount of clean hydraulic oil on all seals and parts. 2. Put lower seal, ring and upper seal (1) in position. Install seals with tool group (A) with lip toward inside of pump.3. Install snap ring (2) with tooling (B). 4. Put seals (3), (4) and (5) in position on the plate. 5. Put bearings (6) in position in the body (7) as shown. 6. Install the body (7) on the plate (8). 7. Install two gears (9) into the body. 8. Put bearings (10) in position in the body (7). 9. Install the coupling, lip type seal using tool group (A) and snap ring (11) using tool (B). 10. Put seals (12), (13) and (14) in position on the plate. 11. Put the plate (15) in position on the body.12. Install the bolts that hold the plate (15) in position. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 41 3 N m (30 2 lb.ft.).END BY:a) install implement hydraulic pump
