Information:

Start By:a. remove drive shaft (power shift)b. remove axles1. Drain the oil from the transmission and bevel gear case. 2. Remove the bolts and grab iron (1) from the rear of the fuel tank. 3. Remove bolt (4). Remove the clip and hose (5) from the fuel tank.4. Remove bolts (3), cover (2) and the gasket from the rear of the transmission. 5. Remove the bolts, cover (7) and the gasket from the rear of the transmission.6. Remove bolts (6), and disconnect the control linkage from the hydraulic control valve. 7. Install tooling (A) on the rear of the transmission as shown. Fasten a hoist to tooling (A).8. Remove the bolts that hold transmission and bevel gear (8) to the main frame case. Pull the transmission and bevel gear out of the main frame case until rollers (9) are at the end of the rail assemblies as shown. 9. Put two ton floor jack (10) or wooden blocks in position under the rear of the transmission to support it when the hoist is removed.10. Remove the hoist from tooling (A). Fasten the hoist and tooling (B) to the transmission and bevel gear as shown. Remove the transmission and bevel gear from the machine. The weight of the transmission and bevel gear is 424 kg (935 lb).11. Remove the O-ring seal from the transmission and bevel gear.12. Remove the three O-ring seals from the rear of main frame case.Install Transmission And Bevel Gear (Power Shift)
1. Put the O-ring seals in position on the main frame case and on the transmission and bevel gear. 2. Fasten a hoist and tool (A) to transmission and bevel gear (1).3. Put the transmission and bevel gear in position in the main frame case. Make sure rollers (3) are against the stops on rails (4) as shown.4. Put a two ton floor jack (2) or wooden blocks in position under the rear of the transmission to support the transmission and bevel gear when the hoist is removed.5. Remove the hoist and tool (A).6. Install tooling (B) on the rear of the transmission as shown. Fasten the hoist to tooling (B). 7. Support the weight of the transmission with tool (A) and the hoist, and remove the floor jack.8. Use the hoist and tool (A), and install the transmission and bevel gear in the main frame case. Install bolts (5) that hold the transmission and bevel gear in place.9. Remove the hoist and tooling (B). 10. Put the control linkage in position on the hydraulic control valve, and install two bolts (6).11. Put the gasket and cover (7) in position on the rear of the transmission, and install the bolts that hold them in place. 12. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on the sleeves and on the rear of the transmission cover.13. Put the gasket and cover (8) in position, and install bolts (9).14. Connect hose (11) to the fuel tank. Put the hose and clip in position on the transmission, and
