PUMP GP-GR 2 BSC 20R8014 - Caterpillar

1. Lower all hydraulically controlled equipment to the ground. 2. Remove covers (1) from both ends of the stabilizer. 3. Remove plates (2) from both ends of the stabilizer. 4. Remove plate (3) and guard. 5. Fasten tool (A) to cylinder (4).6. Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and (6).7. Lift stabilizer cylinder (4) out of the stabilizer frame. The weight of the stabilizer cylinder is 52 kg (115 lb.).Install Stabilizer Cylinder
1. Connect hose assemblies (1) and (3) to stabilizer cylinder (2).2. Put tool (A) and a hoist on stabilizer cylinder (2).3. Lower stabilizer cylinder (2) into the stabilizer frame. Put the boss on each cylinder in position 45° away (to the outside) from the front of the machine. 4. Connect hose assemblies (1) and (3). 5. Install plate (4) and guard. Engage the pin on the plate with the hole in the boss on the head of the cylinder. 6. Install plates (5) at both ends of the stabilizer. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb.ft.). 7. Install covers (6) at both ends of the stabilizer.
