Remove spring (12), spring (13), the spring seat, the spool, the barrel, and the rod.

Remove plug (14) in order to take out the orifice.

Remove plug (15). Remove the setscrews from each side. The setscrews are not removable because of an adhesive. The adhesive needs to be removed by a burner when the separation is required.

Remove rod (16) in order to pull out the piston.

Remove the plug of the regulator cover. Remove the adjustment disc, pistons (17), the shims, and the spring from the hole of the plug.

Note: Do not remove the adjusting screw unless it is necessary. The mode of the blade pump may change if the adjusting screw is removed.
Loosen nut (18) in order to take out the adjusting screw.

Note: It is not possible to remove the bushing that is located inside this port.
Remove the plug. Remove the valve seat and steel ball (19) .

Remove orifice (20) .

Remove the bolts in order to remove gearbox (21) .

Remove the bolts that secure blade pump (22) to the gear box. Remove the blade pump. Remove the knock pins from the gearbox.

Remove the bolts that secure pilot pump (23) to the housing. Remove the pilot pump. Remove the coupling.

Remove snap ring (24) .

Remove oil seal case (25). Use two screwdrivers in order to remove the oil seal case. Remove the O-ring seal that is located behind the oil seal case.

Strike drive shaft (26) with a plastic hammer in order to remove the rotating group from the housing.

Strike the idler shaft with a plastic hammer in order to remove rotating group (27) from the housing.
